At IVG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your IVG account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
